I do. Final decision was March 20th but “Your application is in progress”

It's strange that the portal does not get updated on time, and there is so much confusion because of that. For me, I checked my portal today, and it says Eligibility and Background check is in progress, but when I called IRCC, they said it was completed on 17 March.

Yeah my information also from GC Key application. My eligibility and background checking are also still in progress even though final decision section has been updated (but also saying that in progress..).
Very confusing. But when it comes to seeing other folks’ time line, it’s getting closer to P1? Hopefully within 2 weeks

Kinda similar situation. I’ve been stuck in Final decision 20 March 2024 “Your application is in progress” but no update yet.
