Hello everyone I have 2 questions if someone can help me. I will be graduate next year, I am at 2 years program so my question is, does anyone know for how long I am going to get work permit after graduation? My second question is, since I am in accounting program for 2 years I would like to know can I apply for permanent resident status after one year working under code 1431 or 1432? Thanks for your help!

So is there any other way to apply if I work Semi Skilled type of jobs? Does those type of jobs that can give me an opportunities to apply for permanent resident has to be related with my education? Thanks.
I am sorry but I do not understand one thing. If is not possible to apply with NOC C jobs than why they pull out from the list this kind of jobs:
Cooks (NOC 6322)
Food service supervisors (NOC 6311)
Administrative officers (NOC 1221)
Administrative assistants (NOC 1241)
Accounting technicians and bookkeepers (NOC 1311)
Retail sales supervisors (NOC 6211)
some of these jobs were under the C group as well?
Thanks for your respond, I was reading this before so they are saying that if you have 2 or more years of school you can get between 2 and 3 years work permit. I was thinking is anybody has any personal experience with this after graduate. Thanks.

Occupations in Skill Types 1 through to 9 are classified under Skill Levels A, B, C or D. The second digit of the NOC code represents the level as follows: A = 0 and 1, B = 2 and 3, C = 4 and 5, and D = 6 and 7
All of the above were NOC B jobs. They pulled those out because there was a moratorium for some and abundance of others.

Hey! I have a question. I have graduated as architect but worked as an architect for 3 month and then as interior designer (architect/interior designer) I have filed my express entry profile as noc B interior designer (as it was mainly my occupation for more than a year), but found my visa application from several years ago as architect (loe architect/interior designer). It was all inside one organization. Will they look at these old files? Do you think it might be a problem as architect is noc a?

It is possible that IRCC looks at old files for discrepancies. It might be a problem because you fudged your application, not because it is NOC A. I realize to you it was just "simplifying" but IRCC might view it as worse than lazy.
If you changed positions/job duties, that is considered a different job, and you would have to list them separately and document both positions. If you had an open work permit at the time, the change would have been authorized. But if you had a closed work permit, you would have needed to get a new work permit (if you didn´t, then you have a different and bigger problem on your hands).
The fact that you didn´t declare both positions - it might not be caught, and even if it is, as fudging goes, it may be seen as minor. But this will all depend on the VO. If this is one of many red flags, they might get cranky about it. If the rest of your application is good, they might let it slide.
BTW - why did you dredge up such an old thread (from 2014), instead of starting a new one?

Yes, it kind of complicated and not. In my application was just architect. Sep 2016 - moment of application, express entry profile ID dec 16 - Jan 18. in proof of my work experience is arch sep-dec 16, ID dec 16 - Jan 18. Everything is inside one company
I didn’t claimed as work experience because it was only 3 month. And the statement for visa the hr back then just gave me according to my initial position during hiring and as I have title M.Arch and I kind of never thought that it can be relevant. The experience from back home by the way. With Canadian it is pretty straight forward
