I have been working in TEER 2 from last year July. I want to apply PR under CEC category. I have few questions:
1. According to the eligibility criteria, what should i consider, 1 year of experience or as soon as i complete 1560 hours full time paid work?
2. Does this 1560 hours include paid holidays, paid leaves, vacations, etc. or it has to be subtracted and counted as only the days you were working?
3. I have not yet applied for my WES, my question is, should i apply right now and prepare everything in advance or WES should only be submitted after creating my profile under CEC? Note that i am selecting an option to send my WES report directly to IRCC.
4. I have a husband working in Canada under SOWP. Is it okay if i don't include him (I would select Non-accompanying spouse) in my application as including him would lower my scores.
You are not applying for PR, you are submitting a profile.
1. When you have a calendar year and hours worked. So July 2025.
2. Yes
3. If you need points for foreign education, get ECA.
4. You can do that but need to explain why.

3. What is ECA? and when should i apply for it?
4. Is it reasonable if i explain them that i dont want to include him because that would lower my points?

3. Educational Credential Assessment. WES is one of the companies that does ECA (not the only one).
4. You can, but this may make your application more complicated.
