My aor is may 15th. All completed except for security. It's been two weeks since security went to in progress. Should I be concerned? Is this normal.

I am still waiting. My security is still in progress, I don't know if I should be worried. It has gone past the 5-month average for CEC. And it has been a month since my security went into progress. I don't know what they at still looking for?

AOR: May 21 2023
All stages completed + COPR number reflected in tracker: October 16
Final Decision in GCkey: October 17
Portal 1: November 21
VO on portal email: Etobicoke
Waiting for credentials now

It was very frustrating to see friends with similar AOR timeframes receive their portal emails in early September, but glad finally there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Wish you all see the light soon as well.

since then I have no update, but one of agents told me a message was sent to my personal email address when COPR document was generated. I haven't received anything from them, so I asked them to resend it and my inquiry was sent to a responsible office, but unfortunately I haven’t got any response for a while….

1st call to IRCC : 18th October, 2023 ( "You have to wait - application under process" reply ).
2nd call to IRCC : 8th November, 2023 ( "You have to wait - application under process" reply).
Raised Webform : 19th November, 2023 ( "You have to wait - application under process" reply).
Primary VO : Sydney, NS.
