No news... NO ghost updates, nothing. But, maybe no news is good news?

I got an update asking for more info. A photo different from my passport photo and a settlement plan.
Because im currently in mtl but i plan to reside in vancouver, they need a letter explaining my plan

Yesterday ghost update about ADR - My ADR status changed from 'Uploaded' to 'being Reviewed', ADR of RCMP was on 13th May on same day of MEP, which I uploaded on 21st May. No further changes so far. VO CIO SYDNEY, as told by agent on call, last call made on June 7th.

What does eligibility recommended passed mean ?

I had ghost update yesterday, but nothing changed yet. I have a background check going, so no news since MEP on May 8th. AOR March 27

Recommended Pass means that your application has passed the case analyst review and is pending the final officer review and security check.

Background check changed from NOT APPLICABLE to We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
and no medical update
And May 14, Application/Profile Updated no email...
We passed the medical exam..
May 16 RPRF request as an ADR and paid and submitted the fee receipt on May 18.... After 2 days ADR changed to Not Applicable...
I called CIC and they said that ELIGIBILITY met, MEDICAL, CRIMINAL baground check passed and completed
SECURITY check is need to be started and completed by some agency... application processing at Sydney, Nova Scotia....

Today status changed to application/profile updated, but nothing changed..
Is it a good sign?any one reply please..thanks...

I think you shoudl expect PPR this week.
