I haven't seen any Inland PPRs past couple of days whereas there have been a few outland PPRs on myimmitracker. Not sure if IRCC is prioritizing outlanders this week?

unfortunately yes, they have been prioritizing the outlanders for a while now. all the CEC are stuck for many months now..

yes that is okay! usually for outlanders the background is started at a later time. for most CEC, the background status changes as soon as your medicals are passed .

I would suggest to call CIC and ask about the status of your eligibility, criminality and security. also do not forget to ask your visa office. hope it helps

I mean IP2 is when the LVO opens the file to check entire application and confirm the notes and insights from the CIO agent? I also found info on this website, when some people say that: "IP2 usually happens after all the security, criminality and eligibility is all okay"

as I said, it is different from CEC and other outlanders. and 59 days is pretty good. I thought it was March 2018 AOR .. LOL! my bad
now you just have to wait, your journey is just started. come back in 6 months if there is no progress on your file.. Good luck!
