My application was updated today, changed to approved and the progress bar is filled with blue. And under the application status, there is a “document” section, saying something document number and counterfoil blah blah.

Oh that’s a good news.
So which means your visa is printed on your passport. Your return tracker will be activated Monday I guess

I guess so too. Then I will have to call ircc to book for a landing appointment.

Did they request another medical check, or you decided to do it by yourself ?

NO
They asked med to do it 25 days back.
SO i did it and it says passed

I was in same situation, Medical expired, IELTS expired, review required. AOR 15 Mar 2019.
I got GCMS Notes and provided additional documents related to employment and clarify everything marked with Review Required in Letter of Explanation.
After that within a week I passed Everything and got a request for Biometrics.
Don't worry try to get GCMS Notes and check why they marked review required.

They extended my medical and got a new medical passed date.

I submitted my job letter,t4 2018,notice of assesment 2017 initially
I already passed my second letter.

I didn't provide letter of employment from foreign experience because I didn't claim points.
I am on VISITOR Visa, so provided visitor record.

No i just have 12 months 17 days canadian work experience.

They don't request employment record then ,if its canadian work experience then its valid to be questioned about employment .

I submitted my T4 2018 and notice of assessment of 2017.
I ordered my gcms notes waiting for them.
And on cic portal it shows 35 days remaining.
