Sorry for the late reply, I have shared my timeline below. I am still waiting for my photo to be accepted. Hopefully the photo and PR card (physical copy) will be quick.
I did not reach out or raise any form.

AOR: 7-Jul-23
Biometrics: 12-Oct-23 (submitted the next day)
Medical: Exempt (passed 27-Oct-23)
Eligibility & Background: 14-Nov-23
COPR: 14-Nov-23(on e-tracker)
Port1: 16-Nov-23 (replied back within an hour. Office was Montreal)
Port2: 11-Dec-23
Ecopr: 23-Jan-24(Expiry date Oct-24)

Should I contact IRCC to get an update on my Ecopr?
I am waiting after my p2 since 8'dec and watching people getting their Ecopr who got their AOR in Sept / Oct and P2 in Jan . is really frustrating.
 
Please don't get frustrated. All good things take time:), you will get it soon!!
If it is really bothering, you then sure go ahead raise gcms notes request.

Hi all,

It's been 42 days since my P1 and still haven't received my P2 from Montreal. Do you think it's a good idea to send an email to all the visa offices, or wait a bit more?
 
Finally, eCoPR is here. Huge relief

I sent the emails to a couple of visa offices, and received my portal credentials yesterday. I submitted everything yesterday, and the status was in review. This morning I received another email says a new case has been added to your portal... When I log in, I saw they duplicated my case, one is in review one is shows initiated... So probably different visa offices added my case without realizing someone else already added before...
