For me your timeline seems going fast, it's not wrong to call them, but as long as you didn't exceed the 5 months period for your CoPR (start counting from your AoR date), you're still good.

eCoPR is a soft copy of CoPR that is granted to inland immigrants. You can find it in your PR Portal a couple of days after P2, sometimes in the same day. It doesn’t appear in the tracker.

Just to confirm, so inland applicants also get CoPR details on the tracker? Or they don't get it at all and only eCoPR is issued to them?

Eligibility says "Not Started" on my PR status tracker. My background track is still "In Progress" on the tracker as well. I assume eligibility is the last step before a p1 email.
