I'm anxious that a lot of people seem to not receive the P1 Email, only to call IRCC and be told that it was sent a month ago.

Is that something I should do with my timeline for peace of mind that no P1 was sent?

  • December 08, 2023: ITA STEM Draw
  • Jan 01, 2024: AOR CEC Inland
  • March 25, 2024: Biometrics Collection Letter and Submitted
  • March 27, 2024: Biometrics Submitted and Updated to Completed
  • March 27, 2024: BG Check In Progress, Eligibility Not Started, Medical passed
For me your timeline seems going fast, it's not wrong to call them, but as long as you didn't exceed the 5 months period for your CoPR (start counting from your AoR date), you're still good.

Do inland applicants also receive CoPR? Thought it was only eCOPR.
Is the CoPR added to the tracker before or after the P1 email?

eCoPR is a soft copy of CoPR that is granted to inland immigrants. You can find it in your PR Portal a couple of days after P2, sometimes in the same day. It doesn’t appear in the tracker.

Thanks for the help!
Just to confirm, so inland applicants also get CoPR details on the tracker? Or they don't get it at all and only eCoPR is issued to them?
If they do, when do the CoPR details are available?

What about Eligibility ?

I have Eligibility and Background Check "In Progress since a week", and am seeing a couple of updates on gc key on the status. When should I expect the COPR?

On what dates you submitted biometrics?
Just to get an idea about how long after biometrics submission eligibility will start
