I got my golden email yesterday. And couple of my friends said the same thing that they are taking 7-8 months for cec application. And that's what happened with me.

No update. They say that everything is ready and approved, but they don't send the golden email. My file is at Nigara Fall office.

Hello there,
Finally after months of waiting patiently and impatiently, I've received THE email asking to visit vfe to submit passport.
8 reviewed the link they shared but didn't find anyway of scheduling an appointment.
If someone could share the process from here, would be of great help.

After almost 9 months!!!! Just got an update in my account and they sent the letter with the appointment to go the CIC in Halifax/NS to do the "landing" interview e get COPR.
