What exactly was your GU2 on 13 March?
Today I saw GU on my gckey and when I logged in again it it changed back to submitted and my Background on gckey changed to "application in process"
No email today
Whereas after medical pass there was an update email on Feb 25th

Yes, that was a ghost update and it means Your application is moving forward. That's a good sign.

There is normally no email for ghost updates. It simply shows your application is moving ahead. Keep checking status on the tracker

How reliable is tracker? If tracker shows Eligibility completed is it really completed and passed?

It's fully reliable and gives most updated status of your application. If eligibility is showing completed, then surely it's completed.
Spouse eligibility is still not started in tracker . do they do this separately ?

Dependent eligibility is not required. so, it will show as 'not started' only till the end.
