I am about to submit my application. I am attaching Job verification/reference letter, current pay slips, T4 and Notice of Assessments for the last two year.

After submitting RCMP I have not Got any update .

There's no standard timeline. It depends on each application and the visa office processing the application. There are many timeliness in many threads and in the signature of many members of the forum. Take some time to look around the forum

It is normal there are CEC inland applicants from Feb 2016 still waiting for PPR, it has been taking unusually long time this year compared to last year for CEC inland.
