Hi. Cec inland AOR april 22. Wih LMIA. WP will expire on Oct 7. No updates with our PPR. We need your help here. We need to apply for BOWP by august so will not have problem before the WP expires. Can I please ask a favor if you could share some knowledge how to apply for BOWP.

I am AOR March 16th and got my medicals passed.

And no updated after that. Eligibility is still in progress and BG check is not needed.

It's been about 125 days since AOR.

Is there any chance that my application will be rejected after 4~5 months' waiting?

Applied GCMS notes ? thats your best chance of knowing whats going on with your application.

Background check in progress may 13th and addl doc request- pcc for spouse(submitted may17th)
Notes ordered june 21st
Rprf june 23rd (submitted same day)

Rec'd notes today...its showing r10 passed...but where do I find out if a11.2 passed?? I am at work so rushed thru the documents...the document is 178 pages long...is there a specific page showing a11.2 review?

Would be grateful if someone can help!
