The BG check moved from in progress to not needed. What does that mean? That we went into the waiting queue?

So glad I found this thread. The others are filled with FSW Outlanders who are getting processed faster!!!

The BG check moved from in progress to not needed. What does that mean? That we went into the waiting queue?

It appears to be a trend where it goes from Not Started to In Progress and then Not Needed at this Time. Apparently when it goes from Not Needed at this Time to In Progress, a decision is near.

My guess is we are in a waiting queue when it is not needed at this time but who knows .... maybe someone else may have a better idea

I have all the documents I needed to submit my application, however its since only 4 weeks past my FBI identity summary check report application submitted and I have 40+ days to submit my profile in CIC. Should I wait another 3 weeks or just submit with letter of explanation about the processing time ?
