Understood. What I am trying to say that I have job offer for next 1 year and 5 months from
now on. Now IRCC will take 6 months still I have 11 months left in the job offer post pr.

I understand that.

IRCC is looking for a letter from your employer that specifically states you will have a job with them for at least a year after PR. If you don't have that letter from your employer, you're riskign refusal for not meeting the requirements.

Right now processing it taking more than six months for pretty much all applications. So by the time you get PR, you will have less than a year remaining on your work permit.

Anyway, you can give it a try and hope you get lucky. But you should be prepared for the possibility of refusal.

1. Can one claim CEC experience 1 year point + job offer points in CEC -Express Entry profile?
2. For extended offer- does one need employer portal job offer again?
