Yup..I am CEC. I live in Ontario.

Also think a lot of CEC applications are forwarded to Etobicoke

No I have not done either... was planning to apply for bowp but I have a vacation coming up so I am confused whether to apply before I leave or after I come back .

I called CIC and the agent said that my application is in Etobicoke too. CEC, AOR april 2019, medicals passed 31 May.

Hi my AOR is May 10th MEP June 20th
I just renew my work permit

PNP inland and my AOR is 1 Dec 2018.
My Vo is Etobocoke and No update since medical pass middle of Jan.
I called CIC last week . The agent said only Medical passed and the others even not started yet.
I think they haven't opened my application yet in Etobicoke. It's painful.

Anyone experienced??

My visa office is etobicoke as well. Aor April5th 2019. MEP 2ost May. ADR for RCMP 21st. Provided ADR on 23rd May. Got an update "We are reviewing the document you provided" about 2 weeks later. Since then,there has been no progress.
