CEC Inland applicant who are in India can still use TRV to enter Canada even after receiving Confirmation portal E-mail?

Friends, Please advice on my below case

I'm CEC applicant (with family) and finally got Confirmation portal E-mail. I'm currently in Canada whereas my Wife and kid went to India for an emergency Trip. Can my wife return to Canada with her Visitor VISA and respond to Portal E-mail once she reach Canada?

How soon i should respond to the portal e-mail? Do we have any timeline for this?

I asking because my wife plan to travel by 8/18. Can i wait until then ?

Once you get the email your credentials for the PR Portal. It will display all the timelines you need to know.
You usually have 7 days from the credentials email to declare your presence in Canada.

After Credentials E-mail i understand the timeline.

what about the timeline for very first e-mail (where we need send our whereabouts confirmation to get the credentials).

They have not mentioned any timeline there.
