Re-enter Canada with W-1 TRV as a visitor

Hello,

I'm going to leave Canada for a job transfer. After that, my employment in Canada will be terminated.

My question is that, may I re-enter Canada with a valid W-1 TRV as a visitor, i.e. not for working?
I have a employer specific WP, and I want to tell the border officer that I'm not working in Canada any more, just come as a tourist.

Motivation: I have done the biometric collection for PR CEC inland so I just want to confirm that I can re-enter Canada for portal confirmation in the future.

Just refactored my question to be more clear.
I did some search in the forum, and found many people asked the same question in some threads. However, I didn't find any answers to them.
Is there anyone already figured this out by personal experience or consulting with lawyers? Thanks!
