Just updating my post/timeline for reference to all as I have received an email to send passports today. -- happened 2 days after a ghost update..
Online application still shows in progress..

Wow!! This is awesome news Your AOR and ITA is exactly same like mine, category too (CEC Inland, Indian nationality). However I haven’t yet got my MEP. But your update brings hope to me and many others in similar boat. Congratulations!

Is there any difference between getting PCC from Regional Passport Office or local police station in India...I heard like if you get PCC from RPO there is no need of biometrics ...is this true??

Just to update you all, I appear to have received Ghost Update #2 today (see my signature for other details). So hopefully I'm now in IP2!

Biometrics done and "completed" April 18th
Timeline is now 17 weeks. BG check on.

March 26-- Eligibility and Criminalty passed (called them to find out)
Security not started as of April 18th morning.
CEC inland.
