Update** Got Portal email just now .. woww. . I will be responding back to them with all the information they asked for me and my dependents.

You can register for this one yourself. You'll need your UCI Number, Application number and contact details to match your passport.

Waiting for my re-medical results to be uploaded but I saw a GU today and Eligibility changed to in-progress on Tracker. I really hope all is well

Seems that I am the only person who doesn't receive Portal. Every CEC applicants who submitted E-files in Feb already got their PR. I cannot focus on my work. Wish I can receive mine soon.
