CEC eligibility after moving back to home country

I have completed 1 year experience as per CEC requirements. I am in tragic situation to move back to India soon for personal reasons.
Will I be able to apply for CEC after 2-4 years with expired work permit, TRV from outside and still be considered under CEC option if I want to immigrate again in future?

The short answer is no. You would need to apply sooner. To qualify for CEC, you must have at least one year of full time skilled work experience in Canada within the last 3 years. So waiting 2-4 years to apply for PR under CEC is too long - you will no longer meet the requirement of having at lest one year of work experience in Canada within the previous 3 years. If you want to apply under CEC, you'll need to apply sooner while you still meet the Canadian work experience requirements.
