I came as a student visa. I sponsored my husband on work permit and then my husband cross the border of US illegally as a refuge. US police did paper work and let him enter. It’s been 4 months and I got my number in CEC draw now I put my file on no accompanying but still I add my husbands detail on file. Now my question is what will the address of his I need to put? Does it will affect to my file as well? Going to submit his PCC medical passport and photo. So how can he apply for Indian PCC? what will be the best way which doesn’t not affect my file?does he need to go back to India is the best idea?

Are you saying that he crossed from the US into Canada illegally or did he cross from Canada to the US? Where is he staying illegally right now? If in Canada, this will be an issue for your application and he should leave as soon as he can.
