I just now called IRCC and the agent told that there was only one office processing the file for me was from Ottawa.

ok..actually I had called on Mar 7th(called only once) , the agent told the same to me that the VO is Ottawa.. I specifically asked for secondary visa office, he told sydney...i think we just need to wait patiently which I understand is difficult

Received IMM1017 - Remedical request on March 4 2023 (I had used old medicals from 2019)
Eligibility/Background Verification complete in Tracker - March 4, 2023
Medical - changed to In progress from complete in Tracker on March 4, 2023

Remedical appointment - March 6, 2023 (not sure when Doctor submitted results to IRCC)

Remedical Passed - March 12, 2023
