Thank you the magic number worked got an agent.However no progress on file eligibility under review for now

Was able to connect with IRCC agent and they informed me that eligibility is in progress, but also said that it is recommended pass. Not sure why it is not complete. Do we know what is the timeline for Security to be completed after Eligibility is passed ?

We have the same VOs but my PVO is Ottawa and SVO is Sydney. My Eligibility was passed on January 27 and Background Check is still Not Started.

Thanks! No idea what my VO is. I was about to call IRCC today but then I caught the GU so I’ll wait maybe.

Criminality is only PCC and security check will styart only after eligibility is completed. Security is highly confidential and will start only after eligiblity is passed . BG has 3 stages info sharing, Criminality and Security. so BG status wont be completed without all these 3

Not sure why my Eligibility is still in progress but my Security is passed and Criminality is in progress (I called IRCC)
