Yes. I used my old IME from my SP application (within 5 years).

You can explain a few things in case you had Visa refusals like me or any other things you couldn't add anywhere else

Yes, I used the old one taken on 2020. Once you receive an ITA, you would have received a message from IRCC confirming the same information.
