No the SIN number itself shouldn’t affect anything with IRCC but yeah you are required to update the expiry date as soon as possible with service canada

Today called IRCC and agent confirmed me that my Eligibility is Recommended pass but tracker still shos in progress, Is recommended pass different than passed?

Recommended pass is done by analyst, actual pass is done by visa officer. What's your AOR?

Recommended pass is when the case analyst recommended you to be passed but it still needs to be final approved by an officer, at which point it will change to completed in tracker.

Medical normally takes a week or 2 to be processed after they are uploaded. If medical was uploaded in last 2 weeks and everything else is ok, I think you should soon see the eligibility passed (and potentially a portal email soon).
