So I received my gcms notes today. Although the ircc agent on the phone told me that my eligibility is in progress( not review required or passed) , just in progress, when i called her. The notes show review required. The notes were generated 10 days before I called IRCC.

if it is in "ready to finalize", then there is some confusion that case analyst has (maybe related to NOC code or job duties). It will be reviewed by the officer and then finalized.
I see many COPRs are from Etobicoke and Kitchener. What about Sydney? ((
Last several months, I noticed only one lucky person in this forum with PVO Sydney who received his golden mail...
Of course, I want to be wrong, but I'm just worried.
Update:
When I received Portal Email #1 (from Calgary, which is my nearest geographical office), I was out of the country for work. I emailed back saying this, and that I would return to Canada via Toronto Airport on June 9. I didn't hear back from anyone, but on the morning of June 9 I got Portal Email #2. I uploaded my address and my photo, same for my spouse. This morning (June 13) we both got eCOPR, now waiting on the cards. Best of luck everyone, and cheers!!
