congratz... did your eCoPR come from Etobicoke as well? I portal #2 and upload was on May 10, so a bit impatiently waiting lol

Congratulations once again! Did your photo get approved in the pr portal and you received any notification? Also how many days after photo approval did you receive the PR card? Thanks!
 
Folks who have got their eCOPR - I submitted my declaration, address & Photo in PR portal last Thursday. I still see the declaration status as "Submitted to IRCC". Is this normal?
