Does anyone of you guys that got the PPR last week or this week are in Vancouver? I am seeing in other forums lots of request for interview/landing for people that are in Vancouver, so the emails with the request for interview are taking a while to get out because of availability......just curious over here and suuuuuuuuper anxious waiting for some news!
Ugh I'm so sick of waiting! AOR Dec 3rd. Only update has been that medical is approved.
I want to phone them to see if there any other updates that do not show up, but everytime if I phone ( 1-888-242-2100) they tell me it is too busy to speak with someone. Does anyone has any recommendations of when too call? Also, what do you ask when asking for updates?
I have submitted request for GCMS notes twice already, but never heard back.

I read somewhere that the best time to call is Thursday/Friday since those are the least busy days. That worked for me. I would call around 12:30pm PST. By the time I spoke to an agent it used to be past 1pm.
Just tell them you'd like to know the status of security, eligibility etc (whatever it is you'd like to know!)

I have been trying many times...no success so far, I called Friday, Mon, Tuesday, and Today...always the same message. Today I tried around 7:45am...still busy. Keep trying

Yes can't remember but just through the link where you can.
I applied first in December as my first PR got refused due to missing documents, and never got a reply. Emailed them 2 months ago to ask for it and they said they would send it over ASAP. Never got anything. Then I applied for notes on my current application, and again after 6 weeks emailed to say I had not received anything but they never responded

I applied myself. I actually just spoke to them on the phone and the person told me they are still looking into my eligibility and it is most likely to go over 6 months, as I am only 19 days away

I always call friday between 9 and 10 am, Vancouver time! And i try to always be super nice to the agent on the phone, i tell them good morning, happy friday...usually works and they usually give me the information i am asking.I also try to call once every two weeks, not less than that.
