I ordered notes and they are 19 days overdue, so I decided to call to get an update, and all they told me was one of my background checks is started but not completed the other hasn't been started and once they are done then eligibility will be finalized, this confused me even more as to where my application is at, with 51 days left.
I just order my notes, maybe is also time to give them a call again.....
Did you tell the agent you requested the GCMS notes and they were delayed before you start to inquiry about and update status?

Since your background did not start and you have 59 days to go, i would request the GCMS notes now. Is free for inland applicants. And you can request again if you need.
There are several comments and replies talking about this, you should check the old pages of this forum. You will find lots of answers. Anyways, just a tip!

Thank you very much for your help wendy1112. Actually my immigration representative submitted file online and I have no access onto it. I just have screenshots of my file and all the details you said.
Is there any kind of issue if I call straight? Or should I tell my representative to call CIC

It is your application: you should have full access to everything. Dont worry about that~ However I waited almost 40 minutes to speak to an agent so make sure you have time and patience...
