Hi good morning friends

I applied for PR in august 2014 and i got my aor in December after that i got letter from cic about additional explanation bcz VO was having issue with my duties. I sent explanation email on 16 march so can you guys please tell me when i can expect reply from cic.

You need to do two things immediately :-
1. Order GCMS asap
2. Call them and take the latest update

They requested for two photos too. So I sent passport, two photos, self addressed envelop and copy of email I got for PPR.

Yeah, I was requested to send exactly the same: passport, two photos, prepaid envelope and a copy of the email.

I wonder if these are the same photos they were asking for PR card but that they now are asking for it with the PPR instead.

Yea i got my Gcms notes which says my background education is different than my job i got letter from my company and other supporting documents which I submitted on 16 march but didnt heard anything after that. I m so worried about my situation.

Finally received PPR , never go to Ace Fingerprinting , they lost my RCMP fingerprints and delayed my app 1.5 months.
Commissionairies are best for RCMP.

Anyways happy to finally get PPR.

Hey,
I was in similar situation, they sent me an email as they had concerns about my work experience as I did not provide a reference letter from my employer.
I replied back to their email fully explaining the situation again and included some more evidence with regards to their concerns.
They did not reply to me, but a week later after sending my email I got request for schedule A & PCC.
I believe no news is kinda good news at this stage.

Did you get medical request or any other document requested?

I didnt get anything yet just got my aor in december 2014 and i applied for bowp in December 2015 i didnt get any update on that my work permit.my work is expired i am on impiled status even some people applied their work permit in feb this year got their work permit but i didnt get anything yet so streesed out

Not always. Mine changed 2 days after. I just checked. Got ready for visa email Apr 6

Would anyone know how long does it take to receive the PR Card. The CIC rep said it takes 10 weeks and the website says 54 days?

have u tried calling cic? if they cant tell u anything about your pr application, then at least you can get some answers with whats going on with your work permit...
