In the CEC category, is it possible to change my dependents' address and switch the application from inland to outland processing after submitting the Express Entry application (EAPR)?
I have a family of three, and I plan for my spouse and child to return to our home country until the PPR request. However, they do not have a valid visa, so they won't be able to return to Canada. How would this affect our application, and is it possible to update their status from inland to outland processing after submission? I, as the primary applicant, will remain in Canada throughout the application process.

Thanks for response.
I am seeing threads where it is listed if application is submitted inland, change of application from inland to outland is not possible. Just want to double check.
