I called them today as well, however, the agent did not provide me any update. She said, currently we are dedicatedly assigned to Afghanistan emergency and can not provide the details of your application.
is anyone got the same reply from an agent?

I spoke to an agent today and they provided me the same update as yours that they're focusing on concerns related to Afghanistan emergency.

I have the same AOR. Called IRCC today and they told me there’s no update. Security hasn’t started either. Do you know when your security and background check cleared?

Is anyone with AOR on June 17th still waiting? My AOR was June 17th and I have not received any updates/ghost updates apart from my change in background status from "processing" to "in progress" which was July 19th.
