Just got off the call with ircc they told me all the steps are completed, hope I get the approval soon. AOR June 3, 2021.

Can you please tell me how you able to connect with ircc agent cuz I tried almost everyday for 5-6 times in a day.They are hanging up calls.please tell me if i m missing something?

I just check the status though the automated service and at the end they give you an option to talk to an agent. I waited an hour the last time I called. Hope this helps

Not sure when it happened as I don't check status frequently

From few other posts in this forum, I understand that eligibility is done and then they proceed towards BGC check. Criminality and Security are a part of BGC process. Please check : https://help.gcmsnotes.com/code/aor-to-ppr
What does "Review of eligibility" status say in your profile?

It says " We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"
However as I said IRCC by phone said eligibility passed but BG not started yet
