I mistakenly didn't provide the police certificate to one of the countries I've been to for more than 6 months at the time I submitted my application, but I quickly released the mistake one day after and submitted the police certificate multiple times using the IRCC webform to ensure it was received! A month later, I got an email that my application was cancelled as incomplete for missing the police certificate.

Can I apply for reconsideration? I have screenshots for my webform submissions.
