I am wondering when we can start calling IRCC and speak with an agent to learn our progress, it is still may be too early but this is something big so I can't keep myself calm my AOR is 15 May, medical and biometrics passed and updated on 4 June, by BC changed from "We are processing..." to "Your application in progress..." on 11 June. 1 dependent and inland.

** I can see that my biometric info is added in the file too, before that my biometrics fields were blank.
I got an email saying we updated your application status. Final decision- before it was..we are processing your application. Today it changes to your application is in progress.
Up to 40 days for Medical and Biometric is normal ( though some gets within 7-10 days). If it crosses 40 days without update on medical and BIL, then it make sense to check by calling IRCC.
My AOR is 13th-May and still, there is not even a single update so I called them last Friday and they said they just received, and will update me once the process started but until today there is nothing so I have called them again and left the number for callback. They are doing everything randomly so hope we will get our chance soon.
