Just got an “application/profile updated” but cannot open it, bad gateway ☹
Is this a ghost update?

Don't have biometrics in the last 10 years

When I check my profile today, I saw a note which says "application updated". However, there were no messages, I didn't receive any email and no changes in my application process. When I enter my account again, the message changed into "application submitted". I am not sure but I believe it was a ghost update

We have applied for PR in April 2020 under Canadian experience class,. It's been long time still haven't got approval.
Since 7 months they are saying Background check. PO office: Sydney NS.

Other people who applied after us, they got approval.

Does anyone know why they are taking so long?

I think you should order the GCMS note to know more about it.

Received ghost update today

I saw a ghost update, but no change in status. Also, no email. So, hoping to get it soon.

I am not sure if we can give biometrics in advance. They may ask request a letter from the IRCC. Does anybody have any experience with this?

I have ordered it but haven't received it. It's been 5 months
