Reached out to MP and not of much help. Only additional information provided is that application is in Montreal VO, Criminality Passed but Eligibility & Security not started.
I think May applications are stuck due to some error from IRCC end else there is no reason why Nov applications are processed but not May. Agents not answering anything giving excuse as they are considering only urgent cases but here we are stuck in limbo with this mental torture s not urgent to them.
I would request all friends here to start twitter campaign tagging IRCC, Sean Fraser and Justin Trudeau with hashtag as #IRCC_May2021_CEC
we will need to bring attention of IRCC and Govt instead of wait and watch.

Same situation, contacted MP this week , waiting for something to happen

Only reason that I could see is CEC draw eligible score is higher when we got invitations(Mar-21, Apr-21). But it is really frustrating not processing May-21 applications and issuing COPR's for recent applications !!! :eek:
 
All the May AOR people, I had AOR in May and got the eCOPR in July. The catch was I had my Work permit expiring in July so I sent renewal Application but instead of renewing the WP they approved the PR.
Anyone in that boat try it, probably too late for it but sharing anyway.

wp expired nov16 no updates on PR and BOWP either
 
They just said "
