GU this morning and after 30 minutes we got our Portal Email Confirmation.
We’re so close to our Permanent Resident in Canada

Point is when is their "estimated completion date"? It is 6 months for EE and that has already passed for me.

I still have 3 weeks to left to hit the 6 months period.

Same here. I know a person who has been waiting for 12 months now and got this email twice. I don't think it really means anything.

Sorry I was asking if anyone received this email who also got GU in past. In my case I haven't got a single GU till now.

My AOR is May 11, 2021. Next week will be 6 months. Received one GU only. Haven't received any email as "they are still working on my application. Most of the progress is made closer to the estimated completion date". Not sure in what way IRCC process applications.
