Posting on behalf of a friend, I have 8 months of work experience from back home! Just wandering if i should put it on my express entry profile or not as i wont get any points. In addition, what if its not a skilled job, I mean falls under Noc A, O or B.

I have a situation. I badly need your help.

My wife got her India PCC in India March 2019. Her last date of residence in India is April 2019. She then moved to Canada. I submitted my EE application with the same PCC of her's and my AOR date is 17th July. I was going through few forums and I am little worried now. My question is,
1. Was her pcc valid, since she moved to Canada while pcc was issued during her stay in india?
Or
2. Do I need to get another new pcc and submit it through web form?

Can someone please give me a link where it is written that PCC issuance date must be a date later than the last date of residence?

• For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than 6 months before the submission of the e-APR.
• For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row.
• Police certificates meeting the above requirements can be accepted even if they have an expiry date that has passed.

Your application was cancelled on R10. The PCC should have been issued after 3rd August 2013. As she was in the country and got her PCC, they cannot accept it.

I guess you have asked the same question in 1-2 threads. The answer remains the same
1. No, she needs a new PCC after she leaves the country.
2. Yes, do it before it reaches R10 stage. Else, they will cancel your visa and you need to get a new ITA to start again.

How long does CEC inland processing take these days? 80% of cases in 6 months?
Are we looking into overall 8 months including waiting for PR card?
