Still Montreal, only secondary VO changed to Ottawa IRCC from CIO

May it be that your secondary VO is actually your local VO? And that they are late with your portal email?

I know, I know, I started creating all sorts of theories in my head, just to come up with something that makes sense. I still refuse to believe that they could be so irresponsible and hold without any valid reason the applications that were approved…

That's my guess too. And since my local VO is either Etobicoke or Hamilton and both are known to be slow, it wouldn't surprise me that they're the ones not finalizing....

My VO is probably Etobicoke as well. We got a slow primary office and a slow local office. It sucks, man
