I got a call from a no ID number to confirm adress they said congratulations you are now permanent resident

Yes, i think so. The next stage is security. Did you ask for status on this? My eligibility and security were passed on a same day

there are two parts. Criminality and background check. If you search it here you should be able to find some articles about it.

just an udpate, 1st feb AOR, called today to IRCC everything is passed last week, file has been transferred from Vancouver to Etobicoke. (I live in Ontario)

do anyone know what will the next step once the file transferred to local visa office once the every stage is passed?

Just got reply through webform,

Your application is currently being processed at the local office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied, you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
The security background verification has not been initiated.
The criminal background verification is in process.

Infact, nothing changed from past 3 months. Vancouver VO was pretty fast earlier, but now nothing is progressing.

I got the confirmation portal email today. Finally, Vancouver VO started processing applications. Hope, everyone will get the good news soon.
