It’s showing application updated but when I click on that, it’s written application is currently unavailable.
this is the 2nd time with me today itself.

Same thing here.
Hasn‘t happened to me before, but I highly doubt it‘s a „real“ ghost update - probably just some server being worked on/backed up, etc.
There‘s more talk about this on other AOR threads in the „Express Entry/Expression of Interest“ section.

Well same happened with me but I have also applied for TRV. That one did not show any GU.

I was able to log into my account and see my application just now - it did show „application updated“, but nothing changed in the profile (as expected).
I can‘t help but hope it was a real ghost update, even though it more than likely wasn‘t.
*sigh* here‘s to another week of hoping for a call/email with positive news…

Just had a GU (during the weekend, Saturday/Sunday night) after receiving a call (I missed it) from a private number on Thursday. Tried to call IRCC on Friday but the agents were "handling a large volume of calls" so I couldn't speak with anybody.

Hi, today I received an additional request regarding my CV and another form regarding my past studies and supervisors. I have submitted the additional documents now. I hope it means that my security has been started.

Just had a new GU (third one). Don’t understand anything anymore. Everything was supposed to be completed on June 30th as per the agent over the phone. Haven’t received my portal email since then. Maybe he gave me a wrong info and this is a real GU today… :/

Hello guys..I uploaded my RCMP certificate in the month of april.It still shows your additional document has been uploaded.Is it the same for all the way like that or does it change to anything.I have been waiting for 4 months ...no update till now except for biometrics and medical.

Does someone know about when you get your portal email, is there a time limit to reply to confirm that you're living in Canada like an expiry for virtual landing ?
I'll be travelling out soon and my application is in last stage as per my discussion with IRCC agent. I'm afraid if I confirm the portal email before I leave Canada, I will be stuck until I receive my PR card and will have to cancel all my reservations and bookings or if there is a time limit can I confirm my virtual landing after returning back from my trip ? Please help!

There is no expiry but if you are outside canada you should let ircc know you are outside they will revert back your status to temporary resident and once you are back you can update them and they will process it back with a fresh portal link.
