Received a letter today requesting 1. my settlement plan in Ontario since I was in Montreal when I first applied and 2. details regarding my ongoing work experience. And have 7 days to respond.
It means they are working on our files at Montreal VO.
Hello ,
When you say "first applied" does it mean that while AOR for this EE you were in Montreal and now moved to Ontario changed the address with IRCC ? And is the letter stated something as "Request Letter" ?

That could be a good sign. It could mean they are not waiting to finish one stage and then start the other.
What do you think, based on their request, are they working on your eligibility?
Did you get any GU since your last notes?
I believe employment check is part of eligibility and will be able to confirm once i receive my second GCMS notes.
Yes one GU 3 days before the "request letter"

Yes, thanks for sharing. Its good to know Montreal VO is processing our files.
Does anyone else (Feb AOR and Montreal office) have their eligibility in progress? I called several weeks ago, mine is not started

I was requested to provide an additional document. I uploaded the document yesterday and just checked my account (documents section) now. It shows: Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC
Uploaded Filename: XXX
Is it how it needs to be? Why it shows not submitted to IRCC?

I called IRCC on 9th june and its same status for Montreal VO.I will get my 1st GCMS notes on 7th July and will update you.
I hope employment check is part of eligibility(as per thread above) which gives us hope that they will do some update on our application this month. We will anyways reach 6 month deadline on 18th August and if montreal Vo can process by that time, that will be good for us.
Seeing Montreal VO progress, I think there is no point in calling IRCC again and just wait.

You have to click on submit at the bottom. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. I uploaded an AD for my first application but didn’t submit I got my app refused (after a year of waiting)

I would also suggest you that you make call to IRCC or raiseweb form after 2 weeks to confirm that your ADR has been received.
I uploaded my RCMP ADR on 6th April and status today still says "Additional documents provided have been uploaded". It never changed to "we received your application/not applicable/ we are reviewing your documents". Montreal VO don't even care to look for documents. I hope your VO is not montreal.
few days back, I raised webform and called IRCC to confirm its status. They says document has been received by the responsible VO.
If your ADR status does not changes after 2 weeks: Its good practice to call IRCC and confirm that it has been received.
