I am so sorry dude, i know the pain. I'd suggest contacting your MP if you are an inland applicant, if you're an outland i guess you will have to wait until border restrictions are lifted.
Hi guys what does (Application/profile updated) means? Is that the ghost update? Thanks
EE,CEC w/ LMIA
A0r: Feb 1, 2021
Medical: Feb. 25,2021
Biometrics: March 2, 2021
Ghost update 1?: Forgot the date
Ghost update 2: August 23,2021
Waiting game : )
Following up on this, I got a request yesterday to pay for biometrics within 7 days. I am exempt from biometrics and they already added my biometrics back in March, so I called the IRCC number and the lady said the same thing that I am exempt and do not need to pay. But the issue is that my profile is still showing action required. What do I do? I don't want them to have an excuse to cancel/reject my application
Hi All! Can anyone help me make sense of the timeline of my application?
AOR: Feb 27, 2021 CEC Inland - No Dependants

Primary VO - Montreal
(I have gotten only got one ghost update on August 19, 2021). I called IRCC and she said that both eligibility and criminality are passed. But that background check has not started. What does this mean? Will this be a long process?

Have you seen notes? They may have a reason for requiring biometrics pmt again. Mine was not payment; But request to do biometrics again due to poor quality. The agent didn’t know about that but I saw it on my notes. How about raising a webform? Worst is paying it again before the deadline and request for refund afterwards if not really needed? Just my thoughts…
