My husband is CEC inland applicant.He is the main applicant and he is in Canada now.
Due to family emergency (our grandmother demise) myself and kids travelled to India after Aor. Aor is April 2nd 2021. Our PR application got approved 1 week back.
Right now myself and kids are in India .We hold valid open permit until jan 2023 but don’t have TRV. Applied for TRV and waiting from 3 months for stamping . Raised webforms for TRV but no luck.
Kindly guide us on how to handle this situation? Anyone in similar situation?
I believe if you are employed contributing to their tax system then you are at the bottom of the list. Its better to be a refugee or unemployed. You would get PR faster.

Though I am not in a similar situation (as I am in Canada), I am also awaiting TRV for more than 7 months now. Applied for TRV in end of Jan'2021 and still awaiting stamping. I am also still waiting for PR. My AOR is April 8th, 2021.
Having said that, I believe a stamped TRV is not a must for travel. You should be able to travel back here using your Open WP and the in-process TRV application.

They took your call and gave you status update? I know they are only dealing with Afgan situation but would sure be happy if they can take calls regarding our files.

Oh, then that information is not current. Only an ircc agent can give you the most up to date information. Trust me your application may be well beyond the point you think its at now.

The agents are not providing any info ….. during my last call she said they don’t have access to our account …… hopefully to here from them soon about the golden email.

Lol in the same boat with you buddy. I didn't get any updates as yet. Of course I saw my profile was updated 2 weeks back but then everyone said it was a system glitch since it happened to almost everyone. I got excited for a day or two. Lol

Lol are you serious????? Maybe your golden email is coming shortly. Don't worry in a few days time you will come back here saying golden email received no longer leaving Canada
