I came in 2019 on Intra Company Transfer and claimed 50 points for Job offer. I have got my PR Card along with my dependents. Timeline is on my signature.

When was the last time you called them? Mine is Edmonton and security is not started either. Anyways, welcome to the “Security not started” group lol

I heard one aor was Feb2 called IRCC known all passed yesterday.
