Hi all,

Need your advice here:

AOR- April 14th 2021
Med and Bio- May 3rd 2021
VO- CPC Ottawa Secondary- Edmonton

Saw GU on June 6th- Nothing changed on the BG side.
Called IRCC same day and they said everything passed except Security not started.

July 26th 2021- Called them on this Monday, still the same answer.

Any idea how long will I need to wait? I am keeping the patience but I have seen people who applied after me are getting their COPRs, so I am getting impatient now.

I'm trying so hard to avoid being a whiner but it is super frustrating seeing later AORs (mine is 1st April) getting COPR. My security has been on not started for nearly two months now. I wonder the effort required to get this thing started so people can just move on with their lives! Really, I thought Ottawa is faster than the rest, why is my file some damn different? Super frustrating.

they are Processing fast but I think I am super lucky person who got stuck in the Eligibility

You are not the only one. I also came on Intra company transfer and struck in eligibility from last one and a half month. My eligibility is in progress. No stages have passed except Info Sharing and medical (on 05/05).

All, does one need to worry about getting WP extended if eCOPR is received but PR card is not?

My understanding is you don't need to extend your WP. CoPR means you are already a PR holder.

Any idea, how much time does it usually take to get GCMS notes? I have ordered notes on 29th June & haven't received anything yet. Peropel who have ordered/received notes, can you pl confirm how much time it took for you to receive the notes.

Everything passed except Security since early June 2021. Till now no movement.
