Yes I called them last week and that is what they said. My file had moved from Edmonton to RROC on June 28th, Eligibility was passed on June 4th and Background check was in not started status for more than a month.

Got Golden eCOPR today. Its less than 3 months from AOR date. Thanks everyone in this forum for the guidance and support.

CEC inland with spouse and kid
ITA: 13Feb 2021(75 CRS)
AOR: 22 April 2021
Medical Passed: 10 May 2021
Biometrics updated: 10 May 2021
Ghost Update #1: 30 May 2021
Ghost Update #2: 7 June 2021 (background changed from "We are processing your background..." to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check")
Ghost Update #3 & #4: 30 June 2021 (background status changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information")
Portal Email : 12 July 2021
Portal Credential: 13 July 2021

I just saw one ghost update around 17th June. I had called ircc on 5th July and was told that eligibility passed, criminality passed.. security not started.... background not started..... feb 13 ita, cec-inland two dependents.... should I be optimistic to get portal mail by end of july ?

RROC is very slow , many applicants from March are still waiting for portal email , I hope our applications will get processed within 6 months .

This is not good at all! When I called, the agent mentioned the file has a timeline of June end so just wait for a month or 2....My application actually moved from Sydney- Edmonton- RROC...:-(
