I believe Etobicoke is really slow.

Do you have to pay for gcms notes? Also, which department do u select

Basically, He is from India, applying CEC (i assume he is right now in Canada). He turned 18 in 2012 (when he was in India). He got his passport in 2015. He applied for PCC with Indian embassy and got one : https://imgbb.com/Gn8D4zq. The PCC says passport was issued in 2015 (as expected) and his PR application was rejected with a remark that he has not submitted PCC from 2012 till 2015 for India.

I believe it should be pretty common for people to NOT get their passport before their 18th Birthday in India. Did anyone run in this situation with their Indian PCC mentioning their passport issue later than their 18th birthday?
 
Anyone has received recently COPR with US as working history? As per last call with IRCC agent on 15th July, the application status looks good and since then there are no updates. I am not sure, whether security check is longer time. VO is Montreal.

Hey I am here with US history. I had called on July 16th. The application was near final decision. Nothing changed since then. No GU's. Not sure why it is stuck. My VO was CPC Ottawa. I have no idea if it has changed. I have not called back again. AOR is April 18th. Please keep me posted if you receive the Golden email.

Same here but no travel history. Called last time everything passed on june 29th no final decision yet. Vo Ottawa. AOR 29th April.
